
The Grange: Titles Registered
Stage One of The Grange has officially registered! Settlements are just around the corner, paving the way for construction to begin in the coming months on 44 new homes in one of Logan’s fastest-growing areas.
With major investments pouring into local infrastructure and roads, the region is gearing up for significant growth over the next two decades. Future residents of Greenbank and the wider Logan region will benefit from over $12.43 billion in infrastructure upgrades and new projects, including a $1.34 billion expansion of the Logan Hospital and the proposed Ipswich to Springfield Central public transport corridor.
Greenbank itself is experiencing significant development as part of the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area including the revitalisation of the Greenbank Shopping Centre and improvements to key roads.

Greenbank Shopping Centre Redevelopment: Region Group plans to redevelop and expand Greenbank Shopping Centre to solidify its position as the area’s town center. The expansion will include an additional supermarket, multiple retail tenancies, additional parking, and a large format discount department store. The existing center will also be updated and refreshed.
Road Infrastructure Improvements: Several road upgrade projects are underway in Greenbank to address traffic congestion, including improvements to the Middle Road/Teviot Road roundabout, widening of Teviot Road, and the future Greenbank interchange project. The Greenbank interchange project includes a new bridge over the railway and an elevated interchange.
