BACKGROUND
Construction has begun on two state-of-the-art towers – rising 12 and 14 storeys, respectively – following Development Approval (DA) from the Gold Coast City Council in late 2024.
Stage Two will feature thoughtfully designed apartments, all boasting spacious open-plan living areas and dedicated car parking. In response to feedback from the community and Council, the project exceeds planning requirements by incorporating 44 additional car parking spaces above code – 20 additional resident and visitor parking spaces, as well as 24 publicly accessible spaces.
