Sunland helmed a range of statement projects across Australia including Palazzo Versace, a five-star hotel on the Gold Coast and Q1 in Surfer’s Paradise.Other notable developments include residential high-rises Yve (2005) and Balancea (2008), both situated in Melbourne, and the 41-storey Abian tower in Brisbane, which was completed in 2017. - Property Council of Australia
Queensland Division Council – Vice President Division Councils govern and set the agenda for our state and specialist Divisions, representing the collective interests of members in the Division, and overseeing advocacy and member services in line with the National Board’s guidance.
