Turnkey House and Land Packages

A fixed-price turnkey home takes the stress out of buying a house and land package by simplifying everything into one tidy package!

There are so many things to juggle when building new. Instead of worrying about buying a parcel of land and then tracking down a builder, a fixed price house and land packages means the property developer and builder unite to take care of both steps for you, right from the get go.

This can help reduce stress and friction during the project as there are no conflicts of interest over when the lot is ready to build on and the available services and connections. Choosing to go with a turnkey home can lower stress even further.

Buying a turnkey home literally means that once the building is completed, you turn the key in the front door, walk in and enjoy your new home with no further work required.

Here are five things you should know about buying a turnkey house and land package.

1. Choose the right developer

Make sure you select a reputable developer. Look for a company with robust, proven systems and a solid track-record in the area you wish to build in.

Homecorp is owned by Prime Life Technologies, a Toyota and Panasonic company. This strategic ownership allows us to combine strength and stability with innovative prowess to deliver the best build outcomes.

2. Choose the best land

Take time to research what is planned for the area and investigate any long-term projects, like schools and hospitals, that may be built. Ensuring your new suburb is properly planned and infrastructure is in place or being built is crucial. It helps to really think through what you’re looking for before you buy.

3. Be clear about what you’re buying

‘Turnkey’ homes mean different things to different builders, so it’s very important that you check exactly what’s included in your purchase. Some interior elements, like window coverings and feature light fixtures, are not part of a Turnkey package to account for personal taste.

4. Understand the contract

Building contracts will also vary from builder to builder so you need to understand what you are signing up for. A fixed-price, turnkey home helps provide certainty over price but you will still need to carefully check the contract for an expiry on this offer and other conditions.

5. Ask questions up front

The best time to ask for clarity is up front – there really are no silly questions. Checking and confirming what is and isn’t included in your package can help you avoid budget blowouts and surprises down the track.

Eve Residences

Homecorp is proud to present this unparalleled opportunity at the gateway to the Broadwater’s ‘Golden Mile’.

During the day, watch the boating activity on the Broadwater and at night, the shimmering lights of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. Broadwater views can be enjoyed from as low as Level 2.

Featuring magnificent, uninterrupted views of the Broadwater and Pacific Ocean to the East that can never be built out

The sculptural form of Eve Residences rises 25 storeys above its dual waterfront and park front location. It is an iconic landmark standing apart from its peers yet reflecting its environment.

Inspired by the sand patterns found among the swirling tidal flats of the adjacent Broadwater, the tower’s fluid, curvilinear form is a monument to its coastal setting.

In deference to the eternal rhythm of the sea, the balustrades gently rise to a crest at the centre of the building, oriented towards the Pacific Ocean. DBI Design Interiors. who are responsible for the interiors of some of Australia’s most prestigious residential buildings have put their touch to Eve’s apartment interiors.

“The apartment palette of materials is centered around natural textures, soft toned oaks and finely grained stones. The composition is calm and restful,”

Anna Goh DBI Interior Designer.

Eve presents a choice of two and three-bedroom apartments, sub-penthouses and penthouses. The penthouses and sub-penthouses are serviced by their own dedicated lift. Most apartments are allocated two carparks, all of which are provisioned for electric vehicle chargers.
