Chief Operations Officer
With over three decades of experience in the property development and construction industry, David McMahon stands as a seasoned veteran bringing a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer.
Throughout his extensive career, David has held various senior leadership positions, notably serving as Chief Operating Officer while at Sunland Group for 15 years, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and operational efficiency.
David’s insights and vision are instrumental in guiding Homecorp’s strategic initiatives.
MARC FRITZSCHE
Executive Director
Marc Fritzsche joined Homecorp in 2007 as the Group General Manager, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company’s operations across Australia.
With a background in law, his substantial experience in management, and a passion for property and land development, Marc now serves as Executive Director on the Board.
His expertise has been crucial in driving Homecorp’s significant expansion and diversification within the property and construction industry.
JASON KALOGEROPOULOS
Chief Finance Officer
Jason Kalogeropoulos serves as Homecorp’s Chief Financial Officer, leveraging over 23 years of post-articles experience as a qualified chartered accountant.
With an unwavering focus on regulatory compliance, streamlined processes, and robust financial controls, his astute financial acumen and sharp analytical reporting skills ensure meticulous cost management, operational efficiency, and adherence to industry standards within Homecorp.

TAKAZUMI (JUN) HORIUCHI
Director
Takazumi “Jun” Horiuchi brings a wealth of experience in the homebuilding industry, having served as the General Manager of Misawa Homes’ land subdivision department in Japan.
During his tenure overseeing Misawa Homes Australia, Jun contributed significantly to the development of specialised communities integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance residents’ lifestyles.
Despite his return to Japan, Jun continues to serve as a Director of Homecorp, leveraging his expertise to drive the company’s growth and innovation initiatives.
TOMOHISA TAKIZAWA
Director
Tomo Takizawa, Managing Director of Misawa Homes Australia since 2023, is a seasoned professional with an extensive career at Misawa Homes since 1991.
Having previously managed and overseen Misawa Homes Business Division in both Australia and United States, and with a strong focus on sales, he brings extensive experience in driving growth and managing operations across international markets.
Tomo’s expertise in the Australian and American division equips him with valuable insights to develop effective strategies and assist in Homecorp’s vision to be a clear leader in the Australian construction industry.
