Property data firm CoreLogic’s head of research Eliza Owens says home values in Toowoomba are strong.
“Overall, home values remain 30.4 per cent higher than at the onset of COVID-19.”
Ms Owens believes Toowoomba remains well placed for further growth.
“Dwelling values are still relatively affordable compared to nearby Brisbane markets which may continue to attract demand to the area,” she said.
