Homecorp’s ongoing delivery of residential projects has continued with the successful completion of the $270 million Eve Residences on the Gold Coast.
The luxury residential tower, which has transformed the Golden Mile, overlooking The Broadwater at Labrador, is the latest post-pandemic project that has capitalised on the luxury downsizer market.
The project comprises 157 stunning residences featuring a diverse range of living options, including a collection of two- and three-bedroom apartments, 16 sub-penthouses, and two ultra-luxury penthouses.

The final stage of a four-tower project within the Gold Coast education and technology hub of Varsity Lakes has the go-ahead from Gold Coast City Council. The greenlight paves the way for 289 two and three-bedroom apartments across two towers rising 12 and 14 storeys.

Progress at The Grange Greenbank continues unabated. The OM Civil team have worked hard through winter to ensure delivery of Stage 1 of project with roads, curbing and channeling now all in place.
The estate is one of Homecorp’s latest endeavours and the Pre Construction Team were able to visit and complete site checks in October to help pave the way for building to commence in Q1 2025.

The civil team has been busy in Munno Para. With black top on the roads, work on the curbing and channeling is in the home stretch.
Roberts Farm is becoming a community with activity on a range of homes in all stages of the build process.
Slabs are going down and frames and roof installs are rolling. There are a number of lots that are enclosed with work continuing on the internal fit out.
